Kate Rhodes is the Senior Officer of Strategic Philanthropy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). The IRC is a global non-profit whose mission is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster to survive, recover, and gain control over their futures. The IRC operates in over 40 countries and over 25 U.S. cities. In this role Kate develops and executes strategy for engagement, partnerships, and marketing with donor-advised fund sponsors, community foundations, and wealth advisors. Kate has a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, with many years spent running planned giving marketing programs at both the IRC and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Ruslana Kharevska is a Senior Philanthropic Practice Consultant at Fidelity Charitable®, an independent 501(c)(3) public charity that has helped donors support more than 461,000 nonprofits with nearly $118 billion in grants. She works with financial advisors across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to integrate strategic charitable planning into client conversations, offering guidance on philanthropic trends, giving strategies, and donor-advised funds. Previously, Ruslana served as a Charitable Solutions Consultant, partnering with advisors nationwide to develop customized giving strategies and navigate complex philanthropic conversations. She is passionate about helping advisors and their clients give more effectively and maximize their impact.
